Cardiff Quins Girls Rugby Parents and Supporters

1. NAME
   The name of the group is Cardiff Quins Girls Rugby Parents and Supporters
2. AIMS & OBJECTIVES
   The aims of the cardiff Quins Girls Rugby Parents and Supporters is to organise and co-ordinate fundraising activities to support off-field events. Such events may be social events, playing tours, and end of year awards.
3. POWERS
   The Cardiff Quins Girls Rugby Parents and Supporters may undertake whatever
   activities are required to achieve its aims. This may include;
   • holding meetings,
   • organising fundraising activities,
   • setting up and managing bank accounts, and .
   • contributing to the cost of off-field events as suggested in (2)
4. MEMBERSHIP
   Membership of the group is open to all Parents or Guardians of players, and supporters of Cardiff Quins Girls Rugby.
5. MANAGEMENT
   • The management of Cardiff Quins Girls Rugby Parents and Supporters will be John Hallett (Chair), paul Brock (Secretary), Simon Jones (Treasurer), Jackie Morris (Events Co-ordinator) plus Jane Setchfield & Ian Waugh.
   • The Quins Girls Rugby Parents and Supporters will meet regularly as required. All members will be able to attend all meetings.
   • Four Members of the Management Committee must be present at any meeting for it to be quorate.
6. FINANCE
   The Treasurer will keep proper account of all monies, and will report to the Committee at each meeting.
