IMPORTANT.
As a club we recently raised money and purchased a defibrillator in order to treat any cardiac emergencies.
The Wales Ambulance Service has agreed to run a defibrillator training session for us on Wednesday 22 January 2014 starting at 6.30 prompt.
If any parents/supporters would like to be trained to use this life saving piece of equipment, then please let us know – or feel free to attend the clubhouse tomorrow evening at 6.30pm.

Cardiff Blues v Exeter Chiefs. (Heineken Cup).
Thanks to a parent we have managed to acquire 20 junior tickets for this Saturdays (18th Jan) Cardiff Blues Heineken Cup match v Exeter Chiefs. KO 3.40pm
Allocation will be on a 1st come – 1st served basis. If any players wish to have a ticket for the game please let us know via email quinsgirls@aol.com or text 07967 129632.

Hey all, Can all the girls meet for 1:00pm down Llandarcy (SA10 6JD) this Sunday.
We will be holding a training session for about 45 minutes, then we will be playing against the other regions in a 10 a side friendly competition.
Kit will be provided for you to wear in the trials, but please come ready in rugby gear so you can train in.
